Compliance Administrator

Role Overview
This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance in the delivery of our Compliance Services and can apply a basic understanding of compliance to complete routine tasks; which will include the TPI code of practice, QA system, CRC, ESOS & CCA management.

Common Tasks
• Assisting with all departments to establish and maintain quality procedures, standards and processes
• Assisting with all departments to establish and maintain quality standards tie in with the TPI Code of Practice
• Administration of the operation of energy compliance services (e.g. CRC, CCA, ESOS), including evidence packs, registration, reporting, forecasting
• Administration of delivering new Compliance products or services for customers
• Assisting the team to meet deadlines and ensuring communication of any deviations from agreed deadlines
• Assisting with testing and operational management of the company audit & QA system
• Assisting with testing and operational management of the company contracts library
• Supporting the wider team by performing other duties that may be requested and agreed, or advised by the Line Manager from time to time


Measurable KPI’s
• Assisting the delivery of key tasks; i.e. CRC, ESOS & CCA by scheme deadlines
• Assisting the Analyst/Specialist with maintenance of Evidence Packs, according to scheme requirements
• Assisting in the accurate reporting and forecasting of energy usage data and associated carbon costs, according to scheme requirements and customer SLA’s
• Assist in communicating to inform customers of required registration and account updates, within an agreed timeframe
• Assist in effectively communicate legislative changes within an agreed timeframe
• Assisting the Analyst/Specialist to adherence of the TPI code of conduct, ensuring no non-compliance
• Assisting the Analyst/Specialist to adherence of the Company QA system, ensuring no non-compliance
• Assisting in the administration of standardising operations business processes
• Assist in collecting, storing and updating data accurately and correctly on systems (inc. excel), in a timely manner
• Assist in the successful integration of product launches within an agreed timeframe
