Procurement Administrator

This position is responsible for the administration functions for both the fixed and flexible products procurement teams and assisting the team members with their duties. The role is responsible for the main operational aspects of the business.

Common Tasks

  • Prepare tender documents in line with client requirements
  • Check and administer contracts in line with client requirements
  • Assist in resolution of client’s contractual queries
  • Maintain supplier contacts with each of the UK’s energy suppliers
  • Ensure all systems are updated with the relevant contractual information
  • Maintain departmental KPI’s and supplier SLA’s
  • Plan and deliver necessary training to meet new staff members’ job requirement’s need
  • Ensure site registrations are completed
  • Validating new client forms
  • Weekly Awarded Business Reporting
  • Terminating client contracts with suppliers
  • Producing commission documents
  • Maintain inter team relationships
  • Assist in implementation of Company policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as advised by the line manager

  • Timely and accurate production of tenders
  • Timely resolution of queries
  • Timely and accurate updating of company systems
  • Timely and accurate production of commission spreadsheets
  • Checking accuracy of Supplier contractual documents
  • Timely and accurate production of departmental and supplier statistics
  • Delivery of efficiency improvements to demonstrate reduced cost to serve client services
  • Timely resolutions of objections
  • Quality of interface with Suppliers and other Consultus team members
  • Application of the Core Values
  • Adherence to the Company Standards, Policies and Procedures
