Facilities & IT Assistant
To assist in all aspects relating to the care and maintenance of computing, audio, visual, photocopying, office stationery/facilities and telephone equipment across the Consultus Group.
Common Tasks
- To provide first line helpdesk support to all levels of staff for hardware, software, audio-visual, photocopiers and telephone equipment
- To provide support to visitors for gaining access to power, A/V services and internet connectivity
- To assist with day to day tasks including purchase and collection of corporate hospitality needs (lunches, grocery shopping for example)
- To assist with the purchase, setting up, maintenance and repair of computer systems, audio-visual equipment, computer-linked equipment and computer-related equipment
- To assist with all office stationery and facilities requirements, sourcing from supplier(s) depending on requirements of the Group and distributing to required user/department
- To maintain satisfactory standards of safety and security in relation to server rooms, communications cabinets and equipment
- To assist the Group Facilities and IT Manager when required, providing cover when the F&IT Manager is offsite
- To carry out networking tasks, user account administration, printing and server checks
- Attend any of the Consultus International Group locations on a support/project basis when required
Measurable KPI’s
- Satisfactory feedback from helpdesk software, reviewed on a quarterly basis
- Timely response and turnaround to helpdesk queries
- Accuracy of support given to the business
- Quality of interface with other Consultus team members and suppliers
