Role Summary
The Partner Channel Manager will join the SME division of the group with the primary function of focusing on onboarding and maintaining partner/sub broker relationships to help us to deliver our ambitious SME strategy. The initial period will be highly focused on Business development. The successful applicant will be working from either the Leicester HQ or home, attending networking events to seek out potential new partners/brokers, managing partner engagement activities, identifying opportunities for improving existing relationships, and developing an in-depth understanding of mutual issues, agendas and goals. The Partner Channel Manager will have proven track record with excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build a team in the future; we are looking to develop this area of the business and the successful applicant will be at the forefront of this strategy.
