Procurement Analyst – Flexible Products
To ensure the efficient, accurate & professional delivery of The Consultus Group’s flexible product offerings for gas, electricity and water. A Procurement Analyst – Flexible Products offers full support to the business for negotiation and procurement services across all Consultus global territories.
Common Tasks
- Prepare and issue flexible tender documents in line with client requirements
- Analyse, negotiate, check and administer flexible contracts in line with client requirements
- Issue flexible recommendations in line with client requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of prices, third party charges and supplier products
- Assist in resolution of clients contractual queries
- Maintain supplier contacts with each of the UK’s energy suppliers
- Ensure all systems are updated with the relevant contractual information
- Understand and manage the impact of portfolio changes on contracts
- Plan and prioritise departmental workload
- Plan and deliver necessary training to meet new staff members’ job requirement’s need
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and supplier SLA’s
Measurable KPI’s
- Timely and accurate production of tenders and recommendations
- Timely resolution of queries
- Timely and accurate updating of company systems
- Timely and accurate production of commission spreadsheets
- Checking accuracy of Supplier contractual documents
- Timely and accurate production of departmental and supplier statistics
- Delivery of efficiency improvements to demonstrate reduced cost to serve client services
- Timely resolutions of objections
- Quality of interface with Suppliers and other Consultus Group team members
